The Naruto Fanon Wiki:Uchiha Policy

Bear in mind that this policy is ultimately just a guideline that can be changed as needed however, The power of the Uchiha is too great for just anryone to handle therefore, applications will be necessary to weed out those who are not worthy of possessing a character of such a powerful clan.

Overview

In order to prevent abuse of the clan's amazing natural talents, applications will be handled somewhat strictly though most will be able to attain one however, you must closely follow the rules laid down below in order to be approved.

Before making the character, users must submit their application the wall of (insert user here) for inspection and approval otherwise a template will be placed on the character stating it needs approval.
Anyone who wishes to apply must first have one month and four hundred edits otherwise their applications will be trashed immediately, we will not reserve it until you qualify.
In order to keep the numbers down, users may only apply four times a month and have a max of three living Uchiha at a time.
As anyone can figure out, the character must have at least one realitive that is has Uchiha blood such as a parent or grandparents however, half simblings don't count.
Because this deals only with being an Uchiha and not their Sharingan, no one may apply for both at once in order to achieve the Uchiha they want faster.
Applications must have a reasonable and well detailed explaination on how their family survived the Uchih massacre. Being part of a group of Uchiha who split off from those in Konohagakure will be allowed.
Likewise, the explaination on why it should be approved and why you want one needs to be just as detailed and clear. This means your motivation for having one among other things.
You must also have proven that you can use it properly both in a fanfiction and roleplaying. This includes showing decent skill in writing and the ability to use it without over powering it.

Consequences

First Offense: Warning; Application needed template added to character.
Second Offense: Second Warning; Protects offending Uchiha character so only admins can edit
Third Offense: Deletion of unapproved content. One week ban.
Fourth Offense: Deletion of unapproved content. One month ban.
Fifth Offense: Deletion of unapproved content. Absolute ban from The Naruto Fanon.
